From the East: - March 2019

Brethren,
Greetings from the East, and as I write this message, I, like many of you, am peering over or around massive snowbanks, dodging deep frozen ruts and wondering when Spring will arrive, if ever. Nasty weather gripped us in February and caused the cancellation of our Regular Meeting. This has resulted in a rescheduling of the initiation of a new Mason to our Regular Meeting in March.

This will also be a Step-up Night for our Officers as they practice their craft in their advancement through the chairs. I invite you to come out and welcome our future new Brother to our gentle craft and ask you to extend your appreciation and support for your Brothers in their ritual and Officer duties. A Social begins at 6:00 pm followed by the Festive Board at 6:30 pm.

With the rescheduling of our EA Degree to March, we have also rescheduled our Joint Ashlar – Ionic FC Degree to our April Regular Meeting on April 10. A Practice will follow our CGP Meeting on Sunday, April 07. Please also note that we will be hosting the Annual Six Lodges Meeting at our Emergent Meeting on Thursday, April 25. More information on these events will appear in the April
Summons.

There are several Official Visits left for the remainder of the Masonic year and are found elsewhere in this Summons. I will be attending these and ask that the Officers and Brethren consider joining me in fellowship with our Brothers. The Committee of General Purposes will meet on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at 7:00 pm. All Ionic Brethren are welcome. The Meeting will be followed by a Practice for the upcoming EA degree to be presented at our Regular Meeting on March
13, 2019.

If any of the Brethren are ill or in need please notify Bro. Secretary or myself.
We look forward to seeing you in Lodge.

Randy Gaw, WM
